How to get help fast
- Send a short description of the issue to carthopcontact@gmail.com.
- Include your device type, OS version, and which store failed.
- If possible, include a screenshot and what you expected to happen.
Common troubleshooting
- Confirm you are logged in to each retailer inside the app.
- Refresh your search and retry if a page appears stale or partially loaded.
- If results look incorrect, verify the exact product keywords used.
- Update Cart Hop to the latest version, then try again.
What to include in bug reports
- Retailer used (Instacart, Walmart, Amazon, etc.).
- Action attempted and the exact error or behavior seen.
- Approximate time of issue and your timezone.
